Louisville Sales Manager
CRANE 1 SERVICES is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Blind Jr.
as Territory Manager in our Louisville Office. Brian Blind Jr. was a
leading Territory Manager in Columbus, OH for another crane service company
before joining our growing team in Louisville.

17 Crane Project Completed
CRANE 1 SERVICES Columbus, OH Office recently completed a major crane
project located in southeastern OH. The project consisted of 17 cranes
assembled and installed by CRANE 1 SERVICES.
November 2008
New Louisville, KY Office
We are pleased to
announce the addition of Scott Rood to our management team. Scott will
be heading up our expansion into the Louisville and surrounding market area.
Scott has 20 years plus of experience in service, operations and management
within the overhead crane and hoist business.

Expansions Announced
While other crane
and hoist companies are closing offices and "leaning" their service
capability, we have seen triple digit plus growth in sales in the last year
- thanks to the efforts of entire team. We have significant management
and technical depth and are ready to take our winning formula to a couple
new
markets in the next year. Crane 1 Services - Louisville is up
and running.
Crane 1 Services - Indianapolis is planned for late
2009.

Tom O'Flaherty joins the CRANE 1 SERVICES Team in Cincinnati
We are excited to announce that Tom O'Flaherty has joined our Cincinnati /
Dayton team August 2008. Tom has significant hands on overhead crane and
hoist repair experience as well a branch management experience. Prior to
coming aboard, Tom executed a successful startup of a service location for a
foreign owned competitor. It's great to have another highly qualified
manager join the "company that earns your trust"

CRANE 1 SERVICES is pleased to announce
the opening of our newest division:
CRANE 1 PARTS
Our parts
team, led by Parts Manager, Bill Smith will supply you with the hoist
or crane parts you need - fast. We have a large stock of common
parts and factory direct sourcing on most non-stock and hard to
find parts.
We can also supply you with electric chain hoists and wire rope hoists from stock.

Expansion Projects Continue
CRANE 1 SERVICES has been awarded several large crane projects
with
customers that are expanding their operations. A 30 Ton Capacity
Double Girder Crane system in Toledo, OH; a multiple crane and runway
system in Columbus, OH, and a 10 ton capacity crane with freestanding
runway system in
West Virginia.

Air Force Inspection Contract
CRANE 1 SERVICES has been awarded a multi-year inspection
and maintenance contract with Wright Patterson Air force Base near Dayton, OH

New Cincinnati/ Dayton Manager
CRANE 1 SERVICES is pleased to announce
that Brian Blind Sr. has joined our team as our Cincinnati/Dayton
Division Manager. Brian brings over 15 experience in
overhead cranes and maintenance services and has extensive experience in
developing highly beneficial site service programs.

New Corporate & Cincinnati/ Dayton Offices
CRANE 1 SERVICES corporate and
local service offices for Cincinnati & Dayton have moved to our new location in
Franklin, Ohio effective February 2008.
The facility, on 5
acres of gated grounds, fronts interstate 75 in the growing area between
Cincinnati and Dayton.
The newly acquired facility will provide
ample room for our growth in the local market as well as accommodate
office space for expansion of distribution, operations and administration.

"Web-Base" Inspection Reports
CRANE 1 SERVICES has added the option for
customers to retrieve current and past crane and hoist inspection
reports on-line via a secure server. This will greatly assist our
partners with multiple sites, allowing operational and safety management
to review the current and past condition of their cranes at any time.
